The Alexander Technique and Dance Training is a laboratory for body awareness and musicality.
Working approaches are the alignment of the body and the exploration of the structure of the skeleton in relation to gravity, as well as breath, pulse and rhythm. The focus lays on the search for an efficient use of strength and the fostering of coordination in movement.
Dancers, actors, people with movement experience who want to feel light in their bodies – ALL WELCOME!

With my teaching of the Alexander Technique, I carry on the work of my teachers Prof. Nadia Kevan and Chris Stevens, who have enriched the traditional approach of the technique with their scientific research into the body support system.
